- Refunds only apply for defective, damaged, or misprinted items
- Returns due to buyer’s remorse or size selection are not accepted

Couriers usually attempt redelivery or leave a note for pickup. For Printful items, undelivered packages returned to the fulfillment center may require extra shipping charges to be resent.
Q4: Are there additional taxes or customs fees for international orders?
Yes. Customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s policies. These are not included in your checkout total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Q5: Can I return a Printful order if I don’t like it or chose the wrong size?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or preference. Only defective, misprinted, or damaged items are eligible for a return or refund within 14 days of receipt.
Q6: My download link expired—what should I do?
